Loyalty & Rewards:

We now offer a "Loyalty & Rewards" programme for all of our *registered customers, which lets you build up points as you spend across the store (Exceptions Apply).

How our points work, is that for every £1 you spend you get a Loyalty point linked to your account. these points can be converted into a 1 time use voucher you can use against future purchases. If you spend £100 you will have 100 points in your account which at time of writing are worth **£0.05 each, so you would then have a £5 voucher off a future purchase.

How To Redeem:

You can redeem your points by doing the following:

Log into your account

Click on the loyalty App popup on either the left/right side of you screen depending on your browser/device.

From here you can see your current balance, history of codes you've created and also see the option to redeem your points.

To convert your points to a voucher, simply select exchange balance, it will ask you to confirm if you want to go ahead and then it will generate you a code for the value of your points.

To use your code, simply apply it at the check out to have the amount reduced of your order (not including postage/existing discounted items).

IMPORTANT = POINTS TURNED INTO GIFT VOUCHERS MUST BE USED IN FULL,EG IF YOU HAVE A £20 GIFT VOUCHER IT MUST BE USED ON AN ORDER OF £20 OR MORE, A £5 VOUCHER ON AN ORDER OVER £5 ETC (exc postage)

*You have to create and register an account to accrue points, guests are not eligible for points and points cannot be retrospectively added.
