General

All delivery prices are automatically calculated and displayed at the first part of the checkout process. All postage prices and options are calculated using the post code that you specify in your delivery address, and take into account the destination, value, contents and weight of your parcel. You simply select the service/price that is suitable for you.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods when necessary. This rarely happens but is sometimes essential to ensure your goods can be delivered quickly and efficiently. Many delivery companies have restrictions on the types of items they will ship. RIFs and gas for example. Some companies take one but not the other. So on the rare occasion we do need to adjust your shipping method, this will always done in your favour, and any differences in price will be credited to your account.

Shipping Times:

UK Orders - 1-2 Working Days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)

International - 2 - 10 Working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)

At Empire Airsoft we always try our best to ship your orders out as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves in getting orders out quickly and efficiently, most orders made before 14:00 Mon-Fri will go out the next working day.

All delivery services are quoted from the time that your order leaves us, and not from the time that you place your order on our website.

We recommend that you place your order before 14:00 if you are wanting it for the next day - generally the sooner you place your order the greater the chance it will make it out the door that day.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed:

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

For International Orders:

VAT/Duty is NOT INCLUDED and items are sent "DUTIES UNPAID". You will be responsible for local import/taxes once items are in your country.

Missing/Damaged Items:
In instances where it appears a package has been delivered and goods are missing/damaged in transit, Empire Airsoft LTD must be contacted WITHIN 24 hours of delivery confirmation, this is to ensure the courier can be contacted and a claim made, claims made after 24 hours cannot be actioned. Please ensure all packages are checked upon delivery.
